Shipping Policy

Since this is live event printing, all products are delivered instantly at the event venue.

Instant Delivery
Printing is completed within 15 to 30 minutes depending on the queue. The product is handed over directly to the guest at the event.

On-Site Replacement
If there is a print-quality issue, a free replacement or refund can be requested within one hour at the same event. After the event ends, no claims can be made.

No Courier Shipping
We do not offer courier delivery for these orders since all items are printed and delivered live at the event.

Media Recording Note
The printing area is recorded for marketing. Guests who do not wish to appear should avoid entering the zone.
