Return, Refund and Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to guests who place orders through our live printing software at the event.

Instant Order and Checking
All products are printed in front of the guest. The guest checks the blank product beforehand and inspects the final print immediately after delivery.

Refund or Replacement Eligibility
A refund or replacement is allowed only if there is a clear print-quality issue, such as ink smudge, missing print or color problem. Guests must request this within the same event, and ideally within one hour of receiving the product.

On-Site Replacement
If there is a print-quality issue, a free replacement or refund can be requested within one hour at the same event. After the event ends, no claims can be made.

Not Eligible for Refund
Refunds or replacements are not given for wrong text, wrong design, incorrect placement, or low-quality images uploaded by the guest. These choices are fully controlled by the guest in the design software.

Cancellations
Once printing begins, the order cannot be cancelled.

Photography Note
The printing area is a photography zone. Guests who do not wish to appear in photos or videos should not enter.
